TicketMonster (“we,” “us,” or “our”) follows the same consumer safeguards outlined in the GetDismissed subscriber agreement. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information related to our Traffic Ticket Protection membership, Trial by Written Declaration document preparation, and any other self-help services we provide.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
When you create an account or purchase Protection, we may collect:
- Full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Driver’s license information and vehicle details
- Traffic ticket data (citation number, issuing agency, court, violation date, due date, etc.)
- Payment method, billing address, and transaction history
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our site we automatically capture:

Membership & Billing Data
To keep your subscription active we store membership tier, renewal dates, payment status, card expiration reminders, and a history of tickets submitted under the plan. This lets us confirm eligibility, send reminders when action is required (such as bail posting), and keep you informed of upcoming charges.
How We Use Your Information
- Prepare and deliver Trial by Written Declaration document packages
- Maintain your Traffic Ticket Protection membership and process payments
- Provide account updates, court reminders, and customer support

Communication Consent
By clicking “Continue,” submitting a form, or purchasing Protection, you provide your signature expressly consenting to receive phone calls, text messages, or emails (including automated or prerecorded messages) from TicketMonster or our service providers regarding your tickets and related products. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not required to make a purchase and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting support@ticketmonster.com. We maintain opt-out records to ensure future requests are honored.

We do not sell your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
